Digital Input Module
Toshiba ESD Suppressors and Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes offer industry-leading protection for signal lines, up to 10Gbps speed. This is made possible by achieving low Dynamic resistance and Low Clamp voltage characteristics.
Optically-coupled photocouplers provide simple and reliable isolation. A transistor output photocoupler or an IC output photocoupler which has high-speed communication capability is recommended for PLC designs. In addition, Toshiba Photocouplers have been approved by UL1577, VDE:EN60747-5-5, EN62368-1, and other organizations. This makes it easier to observe safety standards established around the world.

Toshiba’s super-junction MOSFET (DTMOS) series are suitable for high-output power supply applications and D-MOS (double-diffused) MOSFETs are suitable for low-output power supplies. By keeping on-resistance low, heat generation and current consumption can be minimized, and loss can also be reduced.
