Infineon MOTIX™ TLE994x/5x 32-bit Motor Control SoCs are single-chip, 3-phase motor drivers with an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core and flash memory. With Arm TrustZone security, the SoCs are automotive-qualified (AEC-Q100 Grade 0) and offer cost-effectiveness for BLDC motor drive applications, such as pumps and fans. The Infineon MOTIX TLE994x/5x supports field-oriented control (FOC) and complies with ISO 26262 up to ASIL B.
