onsemi T30LxPSR13x NMOS Bias Rail LDO Regulators - Coming Soon

onsemi T30LxPSR13x NMOS Bias Rail Low Drop-Out (LDO) Regulators have an NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). Two variants are available: the T30LxPSR131 (1A) and the T30LxPSR132 (400mA). The onsemi T30LxPSR13x regulators offer an ultra-fast dynamic response and provide a stable output voltage with 1% accuracy over the full temperature range. The T30LxPSR13x devices feature ultra-low bias current consumption to optimize performance for battery-operated portable applications. The devices also feature high PSRR across the frequency range and ultra-low noise optimized for noise-sensitive applications. The components are available in WLCSP6 1.145mm x 0.75mm, 0.4mm pitch (T30LxPSR131) and WLCSP6 0.99mm x 0.65mm, 0.35mm pitch (T30LxPSR132) Chip Scale packages optimized for use in space-constrained applications.
