Semtech RClamp0524PA Ultralow Capacitance TVS Arrays
Semtech RClamp0524PA Ultralow Capacitance TVS Arrays are designed to protect high-speed data interfaces and sensitive components connected to high-speed data and transmission lines. Semtech RClamp0524PA protects from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and EFT (electrical fast transients). The RClamp®0524PA has a typical capacitance of only 0.30pF between I/O pins which can be used on circuits operating in excess of 3GHz without signal attenuation. The RClamp0524PA meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity requirements. The RClamp0524PA will protect four lines.
