Digital/Analog Output Modules
The Digital/Analog Output Modules operate from -20°C to 60°C temperature range. The digital output modules are available in 4 DO, 8 DO with 2- and 3-wire technology, and 16 DO with or without PLC interface connection versions. All outputs are designed for DC-13 actuators acc. to DIN EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 61131-2 specifications. These modules feature 30mA current consumption from Iout, 24V maximum output voltage, push-in connection type, and 48Mbit maximum transmission speed of system bus. The digital output modules are used for the incorporation of decentralized actuators. The analog output modules control up to 4 analog actuators with an accuracy of 0.05% of the measurement-range end value. These modules feature 110mA current consumption from Iout, <600Ω load impedance current, and push-in connection type.
Analog Input Modules
The Analog Input Modules are available with 12-bit and 16-bit resolutions, which record up to 4 analog sensors with maximum accuracy. These modules feature 0.1% FSR accuracy, -20°C to 60°C operating temperature range, and push-in connection type.
Temperature Module
The Temperature Module offers 0.2% FSR of accuracy and a 16-bit resolution. This module operates within a -20°C to 60°C temperature range. The temperature module features eight analog inputs, ≤50ppm/K temperature coefficient, <20mA current consumption from Iin, reverse polarity protection, and individual channel diagnosis.
Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Stepper Motor Module
The Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Stepper Motor module feature six integrated, parameterizable encoder or digital inputs and two digital outputs with 0.5A current. This module also features a 12VDC to 50VDC supply range, <150mJ/channel switch-off energy (inductive), and short-circuit proof. The PWM and stepper motor control module is efficient and flexible for use in the automation of robots, handling systems, or placement machines with stepper motors.
