Infineon Technologies TDA38740A Evaluation Boards
Infineon TDA38740A Evaluation Boards evaluate and measure characteristic curves and various features of the Infineon OptiMOS™ IPOL TDA38740A switching voltage regulator IC, a 40A single-phase buck regulator. The demo boards require a single +12V for the input power and can deliver up to a 40A load current. The operation modes and OCP limits are programmable via the XDP™ Designer GUI. The evaluation boards are available in 1.2V or 3.3V output voltage.Features
