Infineon Technologies EVAL-IMM101T-015 Starter Kit

EVAL-IMM101T-015 Starter Kit is an evaluation and prototyping platform for the iMOTION™ IMM101T-015M Intelligent Power Modules (IPM). The featured IMM101T-015M device is part of the iMOTION IMM100 series and offers full 3-phase inverter functionality, including a motor controller, 3-phase gate driver, and a MOSFET-based power stage. The kit offers an extremely compact 12mm x 12mm PQFN package. This starter kit is a part of the iMOTION Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) platform, combined with MADK Control and Power boards, which creates a wide portfolio of 3-phase inverter options, scalable in power ratings and operating voltages.
