SCR410T-K03 Gyroscopes

Murata SCR410T-K03 Gyroscopes feature a high-performance angular rate sensor component based on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is achieved in one mixed signal ASIC that offers angular rate and acceleration output via a flexible SPI digital interface. The SCR410T-K03 series features a ±300°/s X- or X/Z-axis angular rate measurement range and 3V to 3.6V supply voltage. These gyroscopes package the sensor elements and ASIC to an overmolded SOIC-16W plastic housing for reliable operation over the product's lifetime. This robust SMD package is also suitable for lead-free soldering processes. The housing dimensions are 10.4mm x 7.65mm x 2.3mm (L x W x H). The SCR410T-K03 series is compatible with RoHS and ELV directives and operates in a -40°C to +110°C temperature range.
