ROHM Semiconductor EMARMOUR™ AEC-Q100 CMOS Op Amps are input/output rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifiers with an operating voltage range of 4V to 14V. These devices leverage proprietary technologies covering layout, processes, and circuit design to achieve ultra-high noise immunity that minimizes output voltage fluctuation across the entire noise frequency band during noise evaluation testing under the international ISO 11452-2 standard. This unprecedented noise immunity reduces design load and improves reliability by solving noise-related issues in the development of various systems.
