NJG115xP GPS, GNSS, and GLONASS Front End Modules

Nisshinbo NJG115xP Front End Modules are designed for GNSS including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo applications. These FEMs provide low noise figures, high linearity, and high out-band rejection characteristics supported by a high-performance pre-SAW filter and low noise amplifier (LNA). These devices from Nisshinbo can operate from 1.5V to 3.3V. Features include a standby mode to save current consumption and a very small mounting area. two external components, and small package sizes.
