DCM3717 High-Density 48V DC-DC Converters

Vicor DCM3717 High-Density 48V DC-DC Converters are 48V point-of-load non-isolated, regulated DC converters with a wide input voltage range of 40V_DC to 60V_DC. These DCM3717 converters are ideal for bridging legacy 12V systems with more efficient 48V buses. These converters come in an SM-ChiP package configuration and utilize the patented zero-voltage switching (ZVS) buck-boost regulator stage, followed by the Sine Amplitude Converter (SAC™). Victor DCM3717 converters offer flexible thermal management options with low top- and bottom-side thermal impedances and additional features, including short-circuit detection, temperature shutdown, and variable-frequency operation.
