Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection products meet various applicable standards. 

Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes protect cables that operate with high-speed data and signals. These Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes include unidirectional and bidirectional devices with a 3.3V to 6V working voltage and 1 to 8 channels.

SP3011 USB 3.0 TVS Diode Array SPA™ for ESD

The Littelfuse SP3011 USB 3.0 TVS Diode Array SPA™ (Silicon Protection Array) for ESDintegrates 6 channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional zener diode to provide protection for USB 3.0 ports against ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. It's extremely low loading capacitance makes it ideal for protecting any high-speed signal pins.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
