Vishay Quad High-Frequency Capacitors (MLCCs)
Vishay Quad High-Frequency Capacitors (MLCCs) feature ultra-low ESR, ultra-high Q (>2000), and high serial resonant frequency (SRF). The series also offers high voltage, surface mounting, and ultra-stable, high Q dielectric material. Case sizes include 0402, 0505, 0603, 0805, 1111, 2525, and 3838. Vishay Quad High-Frequency MLCCs are suitable for use in RF and microwave instruments, base stations, wireless devices, broadband communication, medical, military, and satellite communication applications.Features
