Semtech RClamp®2431TQ Ultra-Low Capacitance TVS Device
Semtech RClamp®2431TQ Ultra-Low Capacitance 24V TVS Device is engineered to protect high bandwidth car antennas from dangerous ESD transients. The device features 24V working voltage protection for one I/O line and operates on high bandwidth antennas without compromising the signal integrity of the radio frequency (RF) link. RClamp®2431TQ expands Semtech’s AEC-Q100 protection platform and provides significant clamping voltage advantages over traditional polymer-based devices.
