Renesas Electronics RL78/G1P 16-Bit Single-Chip MCUs
Renesas Electronics RL78/G1P 16-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers feature a 10-bit D/A converter with a general-purpose RL78 lineup, and a 12-bit A/D converter. The Renesas Electronics RL78/G1P MCUs offer a true low-power platform of 66µA/MHz (0.31uA for LVD) for general-purpose and sensor control applications.Additional features for the RL78/G1P Microcontrollers include a 2.7V to 3.6V operation, low pin counts (24 or 32-pins), small ROM capacity (16Kbytes), and highly-functional, 12-bit A/D and 10-bit D/A converters analog circuits.
The RL78/G1P 16-Bit Single-Chip MCUs are available in LQFP-32 and HWQFN-24 packages. The MCUs can be applied in a wide variety of applications, including optical transceivers and sensor applications.
