Qorvo QPL181x CATV Amplifiers
Qorvo QPL181x CATV Amplifiers are GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor) RF amplifiers. These devices feature a 50MHz to 1800MHz frequency range, making them ideal for a wide range of applications, including DOCSIS 4.0, optical nodes, FTTH GPON and GEPON, cable modems, and set-top boxes.
The Qorvo QPL181x CATV Amplifiers are offered in space-saving SOT-89 and SOIC-8 package options, well-suited for space-constrained designs.
