Qorvo QPC7522 SPDT Reflective Switch

Qorvo QPC7522 Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Reflective Switch is designed for applications requiring very low insertion loss and high power handling capability. The excellent linearity performance of the QPC7522 makes it ideal for use in CATV and SATV applications.

Featuring a single supply with a single CMOS/TTL compatible control line, the QPC7522 features low insertion loss and high isolation throughout its bandwidth, making it an optimal choice for operation from 5MHz to 3.3GHz. This silicon-on-insulator (SOI) device offers excellent linearity and power handling capability and does not require blocking caps on the RF ports if DC is not present on the RF ports. The Qorvo QPC7522 is offered in a compact 1.1mm x 1.5mm LGA9 package, with a -40°C to +105 °C operating temperature range.

  • Optimized for 75Ω applications, but can be also be used in 50Ω applications
  • 0.4dB insertion loss at 1GHz 
  • 45dB isolation at 1GHz
  • 75dBm IP3 at 1GHz
  • Compatible with low voltage logic (1.3V VHIGH minimum)
  • No external DC blocking capacitors required on RF paths unless DC is applied externally
  • 2000V HBM ESD rating
  • LGA9 package (1.1mm x 1.5mm)
