Qorvo QPA2225D GaN Driver Amplifier

Qorvo QPA2225D GaN Driver Amplifier is a wide band Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Driver Amplifier fabricated on a 0.15um GaN (Gallium Nitride) on SiC (Silicon Carbide) process (QGaN15). Covering a 28GHz to 38GHz frequency range, the QPA2225D amplifier provides >0.4W saturated output power with >23dB small-signal gain. The QPA2225D has DC blocking capacitors on both RF ports, which are matched to 50Ω.

The  QPA2225D GaN Driver Amplifier is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and provided in a 1.65mm x 0.67mm x 0.05mm bare die.
