Qorvo CMD316C3-EVB Evaluation Board
Qorvo CMD316C3-EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the CMD316C3 Low-Noise Amplifier. The CMD316C3 is a broadband Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) featuring a 6GHz to 20GHz frequency range, housed in a leadless 3mm2 surface-mount package. The board is ideally suited for communications systems requiring a small size and low power consumption.
The Qorvo CMD316C3-EVB Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted CMD316C3 in a compact 3mm x 3mm QFN16 package. The board provides an example application circuit with SMA connectors for RF in and RF out, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
