Qorvo CMD284P4 DC-22GHz Distributed Amplifier is a wideband GaAs MMIC housed in a leadless 4mm x 4mm plastic surface-mount package. The amplifier operates from DC to 22GHz and delivers 17dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +19dBm and a noise figure of 2.5dB at 10GHz. Qorvo CMD284P4 is a 50Ω matched design, eliminating the need for RF port matching.
