Skyworks Solutions SKY6631x power amplifiers are a complete family of pin-to-pin compatible devices that support major 3GPP bands. Operating at a 5V single supply voltage, the fully input- and output-matched devices feature high gain and linearity. The amplifiers offer excellent input and output return loss, integrated active bias, and an integrated enable ON / OFF function. 

Supported by a full suite of development tools, the SKY6631x power amplifiers are ideal for applications such as enterprise small cells and massive MIMO as a high-efficiency power amplifier, and micro-/macro-base stations as a driver. In addition, these products support FDD and TDD 4G LTE and 5G 3GPP bands.
