Mouser-Backed DS PENSKE Formula E Racing Team Heads to Diriyah, Saudi Arabia for Doubleheader in the Dark

January 23, 2024 - Mouser Electronics, Inc., the New Product Introduction (NPI) leader™ empowering innovation, is excited to cheer on the DS PENSKE Formula E racing team as it competes in rounds 2 and 3 of Season 10 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship at the Diriyah Street Circuit in Saudi Arabia on January 26 and 27.

The challenging 2.495 km Diriyah Circuit features over 20 turns and winds its way through the historic area, complete with its adobe brick buildings in a blend of the ancient and the ultra-modern. The existing road network has been upgraded to meet FIA standards, with the work performed in close collaboration with UNESCO to ensure that the area's heritage is conserved for future generations. To add to the excitement, the races are run at night with the illumination of LEDs lining the track and on the cars. Team drivers for the race are Season 8 Champion Stoffel Vandoorne and two-time Formula E Champion Jean-Éric Vergne. The team got off to a solid start to the season in Mexico City with 12 points.
