Vishay Semiconductors VLMx233 Power MiniLEDs feature a very small white SMT package of 2.3mm x 1.3mm x 1.4mm. This makes them them ideal for small-scale, high-power products that are expected to work reliably in an arduous environment, such as in automotive and industrial applications. These LEDs also feature high luminous intensity and high drive currents. Vishay Semiconductors VLMx233 Power MiniLEDs are available in five colors: amber, orange, red, super red, and yellow.
