Vishay Semiconductors VEML6040 RGBW Color Sensors

Vishay VEML6040 RGBW Color Sensor measures the intensity of red, green, and blue ambient light content used to derive X and Y color coordinates. This allows for the calculation of the Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) measured in degrees Kelvin. There is also a broad spectrum photodiode for sensing white light. The sensors incorporate photodiodes, amplifiers, analog/digital circuits, and an I2C interface in a single chip. The VEML6040 features Filtron™ technology, Vishay's on-chip optical filtering.
