Vishay General Semiconductor V40PW22C High Current Density Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers provide 200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage with 40A maximum average forward rectified current. These devices use Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology and offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high-efficiency operation. Vishay V40PW22C High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in a SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) case. Ideal applications include high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
