Vishay Semiconductors SiP32101/SP32103 Bi-Directional Battery Switch

Vishay Semiconductors SiP32101/SiP32103 Bi-Directional Battery Switch features the reverse blocking capability to isolate the battery from the system. The internal switch has an ultra-low 6.5mΩ (Typ. at 3.3V) on-resistance and operates from a +2.3V to +5.5V input voltage range, making the device an ideal battery-disconnect switch for high-capacity battery applications. The SiP32101 has slew rate control, making it ideal in large load capacitors as well as high-current load switching applications. The device is also highly efficient, consuming a mere 10pA (Typ.) current in shutdown and 15pA while operating. The Vishay Semiconductors SiP32101/SiP32103 has an active-low enable and can interface directly with a low voltage control signal.
