The SiZ254DT 70V MOSFETs have an integrated MOSFET half-bridge power stage and have an optimized Qgs/Qgs ratio that improves switching characteristics. The Vishay / Siliconix SiZ254DT Dual MOSFETs are ideal for POL, synchronous buck converter, telecom DC/DC, resonant converters, and motor drive control applications.
