Vishay / Beyschlag High-Frequency (HF) Thin Film MELF Resistors

Vishay / Beyschlag High-Frequency (HF) Thin-Film MELF Resistors feature low-inductance non-helical trimmed products. These resistors are designed for applications that require more than 10GHz frequency. The MMU 0102/MMB 0207 HF resistors feature a 6.8Ω to 470Ω resistance range and ±2% resistance tolerance. The MMA 0204 HF resistors feature a 1.5Ω to 475Ω resistance range and ±1% resistance tolerance. These high-frequency resistors also feature ±50ppm/K temperature coefficient and -55°C to 155°C operating temperature range. The HF thin-film MELF resistors are RoHS-compliant and come in force-fitted steel caps with intrinsic sulfur resistance. Typical applications include telecommunication equipment and industrial electronics.
