The devices provide excellent clamping capability and peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs). Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP SlimSMA TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified for advancement in automotive applications. Additional applications include consumer, computing, telecommunications, and industrial. The eSMP SlimSMA series is available in a DO-221AC package.
