Vishay Semiconductors Automotive Phototransistor Optocouplers
Vishay Semiconductors Automotive Phototransistor Optocouplers incorporate an infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. These optocouplers feature a high current transfer ratio at low input current, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. The coupling device is designed for signal transmission between two electrically isolated circuits, specifically for automotive and industrial applications. These optocouplers are AEC-Q102-qualified, Pb-free, RoHS-complaint, and halogen-free. The automotive phototransistor optocouplers are packaged in 4-pin and 8-pin long-creepage packages. These ideal for galvanic and noise isolation, signal transmission, hybrid/electric vehicle, battery management systems, and system control.
