Vishay 109D Wet Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay 109D Wet Tantalum Capacitors feature axial through-hole terminations with two options: tin-lead (SnPb) and 100% tin for RoHS compliance. These sintered anode TANTALEX™ capacitors are constructed with a silver case and elastomer seal for reliability and quality. The series offers a 1.7µF to 2200µF capacitance range with ±10% or ±20% tolerance and a 6V to 150V voltage range. Vishay 109D Wet Tantalum Capacitors operate in a -55°C to +85°C temperature range and up to +125°C with voltage derating. These 109D capacitors are ideal for industrial, automotive, and telecommunications applications.
