u-blox NINA-B1 Stand-Alone BLE Modules
u-blox NINA-B1 Series Stand-alone BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) Modules are small devices that feature BLUETOOTH 5.0, a powerful Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU, and state-of-the-art power performance. The modules are designed with embedded low-power crystals that minimize power consumption, thus extending battery life. These NINA-B1 modules are delivered with u-connectXpress software that supports u-blox BLE serial port service, GATT client and server, beacons, and NFC™. The BLE modules offer full flexibility to add the application and run on the built-in Cortex-M4 with FPU. These NINA-B1 modules feature M4F MCU, 64kB RAM, 512kB flash memory, BLUETOOTH mesh, and seven to 20 maximum BLUETOOTH connections.The NINA-B112 module has an internal antenna, whereas the NINA-B111 module has a pin for use with an external antenna. This internal PIFA antenna is specifically designed for the small NINA-B1 form factor. The antenna also provides an extensive range of more than 300m and is independent of a ground plane and component placement. These BLE modules are globally certified for use with the internal antenna or a range of external antennas. The NINA-B1 BLE modules support UART, SPI, PDM and PWM, I2C, I2S, GPIO pins, and AD converters interfaces. These modules operate at -0.3V to 3.9V supply voltage and -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
