Toshiba XCUZ Zener Diodes
Toshiba XCUZ Zener Diodes are designed for automotive usage and feature 600mW power dissipation at 150°C junction temperature. These XCUZ series zener diodes offer ±12kV, ±20kV, and ±30kV electrostatic discharge voltage. These zener diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and available in the SOD-323 package. Typical applications include automotive and voltage surge protection.
