Toshiba TB67Z8x 80V 3-Phase Gate Drivers

Toshiba TB67Z8x 80V 3-Phase Gate Drivers are part of the motor control system that uses suitable MCUs and MOSFETs to drive high-performance brushless motors. These gate drivers operate at an 8V to 75V voltage range that is typically suitable for 12V to 48V systems. The TB67Z8x 80V gate drivers include built-in voltage regulators, built-in 3-channel current sense amplifiers, and SPI and hardware interfaces. The protection features include under-voltage lockout, charge pump under voltage lockout, gate driver voltage monitoring, over-current detection, high-temperature warning, thermal shutdown, and flag output (nFAULT). The TB67Z8x 80V drivers are ideal for power tools, vacuums, robotics, outdoor equipment, gardening tools, gate openers, industrial equipment, trolling motors, and drone propellers.

The TB67Z8x 3-phase gate drivers feature strong current-driving capabilities of 1A source and 2A sink and can drive ultra-low RDS(ON) MOSFETs, such as TPH1R204PB. TB67Z8x can help TMPM4KNFYAFG and other motor control-focused MCUs drive high-power, high-torque, or high-speed motor applications. These gate drivers are available in the VQFN32 package with 5mm x 5mm dimensions and the WQFN40 package with 6mm x 6mm dimensions.
