Texas Instruments UCC15241-Q1 Automotive Isolated DC/DC Module
Texas Instruments UCC15241-Q1 Automotive Isolated DC/DC Module provides high isolation and is designed to supply power to IGBT or SiC gate drivers. The UCC15241-Q1 combines a transformer and DC/DC controller with a proprietary architecture to enable high efficiency with very low emissions. The high-accuracy output voltages offer better channel enhancement for higher system efficiency without over-stressing the power device gate. The TI UCC15241-Q1 equips up to 2.5W (typical) of isolated output power at high efficiency, requires minimum external components, and includes on-chip device protection with extra features. These features for the UCC15241-Q1 device comprise input under-voltage lockout, output voltage power good comparators, over-voltage lockout, overtemperature shutdown, soft-start timing, adjustable isolated positive and negative output voltage, an open-drain output power good pin, and enable pin.
