Texas Instruments TS12A12511 SPDT Single-Channel Switches
Texas Instruments TS12A12511 SPDT analog switch is capable of passing signals with swings of 0V to 12V or -6V to 6V. This TI SPDT analog switch conducts equally well in both directions when it is on and offers a low ON-state resistance of 5Ω (typical), which is matched to within 1Ω between channels. The max current consumption of the TS12A12511 is < 1µA and -3dB bandwidth is > 93MHz. The Texas Instruments TS12A12511 is ideal for automatic test equipment, power routing, communication systems, data acquisition systems, and more.Features
