Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G04 Low-Power Single Inverter Gates
Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G04 Low-Power Single Inverter Gates perform the Boolean function Y = A\. The AUP family of devices has a quiescent power consumption of less than 1µA and comes in the ultra-small DPW package. The DPW package technology is a major breakthrough in IC packaging. Its tiny 0.64mm square footprint saves significant board space over other package options while retaining the traditional manufacturing-friendly lead pitch of 0.5mm.The Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G04 is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff, which prevents damaging current backflow through the device when powered down. The Ioff circuitry disables the output and allows for live insertion.
Features
- Available in the ultra-small 0.64mm2 package (DPW) with 0.5mm pitch
- Low static-power consumption of ICC = 0.9μA (max.)
- Low dynamic-power consumption of Cpd = 4.1pF (typ.) at 3.3V
- Low input capacitance of Ci = 1.5pF (typ.)
- Low noise with overshoot and undershoot of <10% of VCC
- Ioff supports live insertion, partial-power-down mode, and back-drive protection
- Input hysteresis allows slow input transition and better switching noise immunity at the input (Vhys = 250mV (typ.) at 3.3V)
