Texas Instruments LM2775EVM Charge Pump Boost Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments LM2775EVM Charge Pump Boost Evaluation Module (EVM) aids in the evaluation of the LM2775 Regulated 5V 200mA charge pump boost converter. The 2MHz switched capacitor boost provides up to 200mA of output current at an output voltage of 5V utilizing 3 small external capacitors. With a low current PFM or ECO mode, the LM2775 draws a minimal load from the power supply when the output load is low. Texas Instruments LM2775 can either shutdown in a high impedance mode or in an active pull-down state.
