Texas Instruments CD74HCx4067/CD74HCx4067-Q1 Analog Mux & Demux
Texas Instruments CD74HCx4067/CD74HCx4067-Q1 Analog Multiplexers and Demultiplexers are digitally controlled switches that use silicon-gate CMOS technology. This feature allows these devices to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL, with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. These devices control analog voltages that may vary across the voltage supply range. The CD74HCx4067/CD74HCx4067-Q1 devices are bidirectional switches, which allow any analog input to be used as an output and vice versa. The switches have low on-resistance and low off-leakages. These devices also have an enable control that, when high, disables all switches to an off state. The Texas Instruments CD74HCx4067-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
