Texas Instruments CC3100MODBOOST Wi-Fi CC3100 Module BoosterPack
Texas Instruments CC3100MODBOOST SimpleLink Wi-Fi CC3100 Module BoosterPack can be used to connect to TI LaunchPad evaluation kits (software examples provided for MSP-EXP430F5529LP and MSP-EXP430FR5969). With the Advanced Emulation BoosterPack (CC31XXEMUBOOST) CC3100BOOST can connect to a PC for MCU emulation and software development using SimpleLink Studio for CC3100. This kit can also be connected to other platforms through pins - use the programming guide for instructions on porting driver and sample code to any microcontroller.Features
- CC3100MOD Wi-Fi network processor module CC3100 modules are Wi-Fi CERTIFIED® and FCC/IC/CE certified, which can be transferred to end products
- 2 20-pin stackable connectors (BoosterPack headers) to connect to TI LaunchPads and other BoosterPacks
- Onboard chip antenna with an option for U.FL-based testing
- Power from onboard LDO, using USB or 3.3V from MCU LaunchPad
- 3 push buttons
- Jumper for current measurement with provision to mount 0.1R resistor for measurement with a voltmeter
- 8Mbit serial flash (M25PX80 from Micron)
- 40MHz crystal, 32KHz crystal, and optional 32KHz oscillator
- 2-layer PCB with 6mil spacing and track width
