Texas Instruments bq25758AEVM Evaluation Module (EVM)
Texas Instruments bq25758AEVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is a complete evaluation system for the bq25758A IC. The bq25758AEVM has a maximum input and output of 55V and a maximum output current of 10A. The bq25758A IC is a wide voltage, bidirectional switched-mode buck-boost controller. The device offers high-efficiency power conversion with output CC-CV control over a wide voltage range. The IC has a wide input range of 4.2V to 60V and an output range of up to 60V.
The Texas Instruments bq25758AEVM does not include the EV2400 or USB2ANY interface device and does not provide any electrical isolation for the digital interfaces. EV2400 or USB2ANY must be ordered separately to evaluate the bq25758AEVM, and electrical safety considerations must be considered when interfacing between the PC and the evaluation module. When interfacing the evaluation module to the PC through digital interfaces, digital isolators with an isolation boundary are recommended.
