Tektronix MDO4000C Oscilloscopes are customizable and fully upgradeable 6-in-1 integrated oscilloscopes with synchronized insights into analog, digital, and RF signals. These oscilloscopes include a spectrum analyzer, arbitrary/function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, and DVM/frequency counter.
Typical applications include embedded design, power design, EMI troubleshooting, Wireless troubleshooting, education, and manufacturing test and troubleshooting.
