The AEC-Q101 qualified STL105N8F7AG MOSFET features very low on-state resistance while also reducing internal capacitance and gate charge for faster and more efficient switching.
The STM STL105N8F7AG Automotive N-Ch Power MOSFET is housed in a PowerFLAT 5x6 wettable flank package and is ideal for switching applications.
