STMicroelectronics M95M01 1-Mb SPI BUS EEPROM Devices are organized as 131072x8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus. The M95M01-R can operate with a supply range from 1.8V to 5.5V. The M95M01-DF can operate with a supply range from 1.7V up to 5.5V. These devices are guaranteed over the -40°C/+85°C temperature range.Features
