Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High-Voltage Automotive MLCCs
Samsung Electro-Magnetics CL High-Voltage Automotive MLCCs offer a 2.2nF to 10.0nF capacitance range (±10% tolerance) in a 630VDC to 1000VDC rated voltage range for use in electric vehicles (EV). The AEC-Q200-qualified MLCCs feature X7R temperature characteristics signifying temperature stable operation in a -55°C to +125°C range. The Samsung Electro-Magnetics CL High-Voltage Automotive MLCCs are available in a 1206 case size.
