ROHM SML-D15 Series LEDs are high accuracy single-rank 1608 size high-brightness chips optimized for industrial equipment and consumer devices. ROHM SML-D15 LEDs lighten design load with high accuracy and a 75% reduction of brightness variations. The series have operating temperatures up to 100ºC suited for applications demanding increased reliability.
