RFbeam V-LD1 Digital Distance Sensor

RFbeam V-LD1 Digital Distance Sensor is an easy-to-use 61GHz Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) distance radar sensor with integrated signal processing. This sensor consumes ultra-low power and displays fast start-up time. The V-LD1 digital distance sensor features 170° x 60° degrees of beam width, 1.8V typical supply voltage, and up to 50m distance measurement. This distance sensor supports RAW data readout and an integrated bootloader for firmware updates. The V-LD1 digital distance sensor comes in an ultra-small SMD package with form factor (12mm x 16mm). This digital sensor operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range, 250mA maximum peak current, and 63GHz maximum transmitter frequency.
