Renesas Electronics Motor Control for Power Tools

Renesas Electronics Motor Control for Power Tools is a solution that shows motor control reference designs for power tools featuring Arm®-M4 based RA6M3 MCU. This solution includes a PWM timer for 3-phase motor control and a Floating Point Unit (FPU) to enhance algorithm performance. The motor control for power tools shows the block diagram that includes an embedded power supply for the MCU and MOSFET half-bridge drivers. This solution does not come with a power source as part of the proposal and is represented only as a simple battery pack.
