RECOM Power RVS002 Micropower Isolated Power Bridge Rectifiers

RECOM Power RVS002 Micropower Isolated Power Bridge Rectifiers are compact bridge rectifier chips ideal for micro-power isolated power supply applications with limited space. When used with a transformer driver and transformer, the devices require only simple output filter capacitors to form a complete isolated power supply system. The power supply system features an output voltage range of 2V to 6V and output power between 1W and 3W. RECOM Power RVS002 bridge rectifiers integrate two N-channel power MOSFETs and two Schottky diodes, forming a full bridge rectifier. Using a single winding on the transformer’s secondary side simplifies the design, reducing size and minimizing cost. An integrated intelligent voltage limiter prevents the output voltage from rising excessively under no-load conditions, ensuring voltage stability. When the power supply is under load, the limiter remains inactive and draws no current, maintaining high efficiency at full load.
