Qorvo TQP9224SR High Linearity 0.25W Power Amplifier

Qorvo TQP9224SR High Linearity 0.25W Power Amplifier (PA) provides 36.7dB gain over the 2.3GHz to 2.4GHz frequency range. This surface mount PA with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits is suitable for small cell or enterprise femtocell applications. The TQP9224SR amplifier can achieve -50dBc ACLR at +24dBm output power using a 20MHz LTE signal over 2.3GHz to 2.4GHz range. Three integrated high-performance amplifier stages along with a few external components help to achieve compact system design. Qorvo TQP9224SR small cell PA is available in a lead-free/RoHS-compliant 7mm x 7mm surface-mount package.
